By placing an order on VYZO SNOW, you accept the following terms.

Products. We describe our goggles as accurately as possible. Images are representative: colors and reflections may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in your country's currency (Canadian or US dollars), shipping included, with no tax added. Payment is handled securely by Shopify. Your order is confirmed by email once the payment is accepted.

Cancellation by VYZO SNOW. If a product is no longer available or there is an obvious pricing error, we offer you another model of equal value. If you prefer, we refund you in full.

Shipping and exchanges. Delivery times and exchanges follow our shipping and return policies. All sales are final, except for a defective, damaged or incorrect product.

Using the Vision X. Filming while skiing requires staying alert on the slope. You are responsible for how you use your goggles: respect the resort's rules and the privacy of the people you film.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, VYZO SNOW is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the products.

Intellectual property. The texts, images and content of this site belong to VYZO SNOW and may not be copied without permission.
